Our Founder & Owner
XLNS was set up by our founder Gavin Morrison in the early 2020's as after many decades working for large FTSE and Fortune 50 listed companies. He decided that the smaller companies trying to get off the ground, or even larger multi million poiund turnover companies had experienced troubles or issues on many different fronts, but with limited or no access to people who could help. Thos that could help were employed by large Management companies who were not experienced in running businesses.... So, XLNS was born, a clear defined mission statement "help businesses from startup through to double digit growth, from someone who had done it multiple times".
